Nor did we need to jump through unneccassary hoops to get the commission we earned.The California Aces Realty management team has over 19 years of real estate sales experience. Our main office is in Southern California, but we are branching into all of California.

We are here to support you, the agent. We will strive to make it a smooth transaction every time, so you can spend your energy making the next deal…rather than fighting with your broker to clear a file.

Our business is to make our agents as successful as possible. That’s why we offer 100% commission options to all of our agents. Ready to move on to the next level and recruit your own team, or open your own branch? We will help you do it.

We know this is your business. We offer many options for you to choose from to help you succeed.

PLANS

1. Our entry level plan is simple, you earn 100% commission. You simply pay a $495 file fee at close of escrow. No other fees.

2. Pay a monthly fee each month and close as many deals as you want. Contact us for details.

3. The branch opportunity. Ready to start your own branch? Run it from your home or office, bring on as many agents as you want, and set commission with your agents however you like. Contact us for details.

4. Not ready to build a branch or commit to a monthly fee? Still want to earn more money? Try our agent referral option. Refer an agent and get paid $100 each time they close a file. We will continue to pay you this $100 fee as long as you are with California Aces Realty.

Here are some of the things we offer when you join California Aces Realty.

In house transaction coordinator – Our TC charges $295 per file, and is well worth it. This is completely optional. Because they are in-house, they take care of getting your file cleared for payment at close of escrow.

In house short sale negotiator – Our short sale negotiator charges $500 per file. They are extremely experienced and have a proven track record of success. This is also optional.

Get paid directly from escrow – As your deal comes to a close, use our easy quality control checklist to complete your file. We allow you to submit it to us prior to close so we can have it clear and get you paid directly from escrow.

24/7 Support – Get help when you need it. We know how it is when you need help, or need a signature so that you can get paid. We will get it done for you.

Set your own commisisons - Charge your clients whatever you want.

Our flat fee and branch opportunities are extremely affordable. We do not disclose the pricing model online as it hurts our branch managers when they are negotiating commissions with their agents.
