(Free-Press-Release.com) November 22, 2009 -- Chelmsford, MA -- John Hartman of Reel Groovy Films and Zee Zarbock of Unfolding Story Pictures announce a call for entries for shorts and features to become part of the 2010-2011 season of Indie Traveling Cinema.

Indie Traveling Cinema offers one-off and and season series of shows at universities, libraries, community centers, and other small venues, reaching out to those who are hungry for an alternative to Hollywood. Each show is built around an independent or art house feature, and accompanied by shorts and trailers for upcoming shows.

To be considered for participation in Indie Traveling Cinema, please email your expression of interest to zee@ziamar.com (no phone calls, please). Include a synopsis, production information, run time, and link to a trailer if possible. If selected for the next round of consideration, a DVD will be requested. There is no fee for submission. Royalties may be available depending upon circumstances of shows, and will be discussed individually. Submission deadline is March 15, 2010.

Programming note: films should be positive in nature overall, to be considered for Indie Traveling Cinema. No slasher movies or movies with gratuitous violence will be included in the programming. Movies that take the audience through a dark tunnel are fine as long as they have a more positive balance of light and offer a solution to a problem. In general, G, PG, PG-13, and R equivalents are fine.
