Calling all Student Performers for the 2nd Annual Learning for Life’s Got Talent Show!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Fort Myers, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 21, 2011 -- We are looking for choir, dance, orchestra and theater groups as well as soloists and small groups in music, dance, vocal or theater. Only a limited number of openings are available. Students and teachers of the arts this is your time to shine on the big stage, application deadline is December 16th, 2011. Special guest emcee Stacey Deffenbaugh, NBC-2.

All performances must reflect a positive character connection and be no more than 2 minutes in length. All performers will receive a participant ribbon and trophies will be awarded for best performance in each category.

Learning for Life’s…Got Talent Show is open to Lee County Public School students. This wonderful evening will take place in the Fort Myers High School Auditorium located at 2635 Cortez Blvd., Fort Myers, FL on Friday, January 20th, 2011 with Showtime from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. General admission tickets at the door, $5.00 per ticket and children five years of age and under are free. All proceeds to benefit Learning for Life character education program currently serving over 40 Lee County Public Schools. What? Must Reflect a Positive Character Connection

• Acts no more than 2 minutes in length
• CD would need to be submitted in advance, clearly marked. Must supply your own instruments, music stands and any other special needs

Cost? There is no cost to participate as a performer.
General admission tickets $5 for guests (children 5 and under – FREE)

Food and Beverages will be available for purchase at the event
