Many LCEC customers are upset that they pay more for utility electric services through LCEC’s net metering program. Fafco Solar will perform a month-by-month analysis to inform customers exactly how much the different billing rates affect their utility electric costs. A higher customer charge and higher rates for usage up to 500 kilowatt hours contribute to decreased savings for some customers.
