Capita selects Encasement for new Blackburn indoor market development

As the modern and spacious market demanded a contemporary and stylish interior, the circular and square column casings, some of which stand 5.0 metres high, are all finished in a durable ‘Polar White’ Formica laminate, which not only reflects light within the building but also provides high resistances to scuffs and damage in high traffic retail environments.

Within the market, the 12 mm thick Circa and Quadra casings are used to not only conceal the structural steel work but also hide perimeter building services and act as a location for mounting fire alarm actuators and interior safety lighting.
