David Finzer is another Murdoch who scams people out of there money claiming to be a bank until suddenly they send an e-mail saying that the bank they are dealing with have frozen the account and that your account is under "COMPLIANCE REVIEW" they then deduct money from your account stating that they had to use the funds to send a legal team to the bank to resolve the problem. However, when you ask them to provide proof of such they cant.
