In 1994, Ms. Miller received a JD from Georgetown University. She joined the Paul Hastings law firm in Los Angeles after serving as a law clerk for Judge Arthur Alarcon on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Miller maintains an active membership with the State Bar of California.
