Career Performance Institute Assists with Fundraising for International Disabled Entrepreneurs, Inc.

Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 14, 2011 -- Since people with disabilities have not had the same opportunities as able-bodied people in the workplace, they don't have the same experiences when it comes to having their own business. Therefore, Career Performance Institute wants to promote and help raise funds for International Disabled Entrepreneurs, Inc.

The job market has changed, so that more and more people working from home in their own business as entrepreneurs or solopreneurs. This benefit people with disabilities and they have mobility problems such is getting to and from work because they depend on public transportation. Where as, most able-bodied people who have worked, have experience of decision-making in the workplace. With out this experience, people with disabilities lack the discipline it takes to work from home.

The purpose of International Disabled Entrepreneurs, Inc. is to give people with disabilities the opportunity to learn the skills needed to have their own business. This organization will offer teleseminars and webinars to people with disabilities who want to learn how to run their own business. The class that will cover such topics as writing a business plan, having a financial plan for your business, marketing, communication, having a sale plan to market your products, building a business through relationships, and individual mentoring of each client. Because people with disabilities require special equipment and products to manage their business resources will also be available. To apply for a loan from a bank, individuals need to have an established credit. Since most people with disabilities haven't had the same opportunities in the workplace, they haven't had the opportunity to establish credit for themselves, therefore, IDE, INC will also offer low interest loans to those who need it.

Manny able-bodied people have similar needs, therefore, for them to receive the same services, they will be required to join and pay a membership fee. Only the people with disabilities will be services being offered free. The funds raised from the membership fee will go back to help people with disabilities.

Career Performance Institute supports helping people with disabilities, because the owner of Career Performance Institute is disabled herself. When she started her business, she experienced discrimination when it came to employment opportunities. Building a business even working from home, requires having overhead to take care of basic needs while building a business. Without this seed money, growing a business becomes slow and tedious as experienced by the owner of Career Performance Institute.

People who will qualify for these services and determined to be disabled will be based on what the Americans with disabilities act describes as a disability. Therefore to qualify you have to be born with a disability.

People with disabilities have often been shunned and ostracized by society. Only after there were laws enacted were people with disabilities given the right to an education. It then took another 12 years before people with disabilities were given the right to employment. Just all able-bodied people, people with disabilities should have the same ability and opportunity to have their own business.
