(Free-Press-Release.com) July 7, 2011 -- This annual award is presented to a chosen Legal Firm that has made significant contributions over the years to help with the development of services for those survivors living with the effects of acquired brain injury.

At Carranza, we understand how survivors of serious brain injuries often require a high level of care for the rest of their lives, income support, significant vocational assistance, if able to return to the workforce at all, and need to develop new interests and activities. Our goal is to make the legal and often lengthy recovery process as easy as possible for all our clients. From a cultural perspective, we not only help our clients overcome the language barrier, but we also assist with any cultural issues that may arise.

As long-time members, supporters and/or sponsors of the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA), Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH), Brain Injury Society of Toronto and St. Michael's Hospital Brain Injury Clinic, we feel honoured to be recognized and are committed to assisting survivors long into the future.

This award will be presented to Carranza LLP (Toronto’s Largest Ethnic Personal Injury Law Firm), at the OBIA’s Annual General Meeting June 25th, 2011 at the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre in Toronto Ontario.
