CASC reported today its financial results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2011. Net sales of $138 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 were 25% higher than net sales of $107 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2011, excluding the impact of changes in foreign currency exchange rates. Net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 was $19.6 million ($1.74 per diluted share) compared to $8.8 million ($.79 per diluted share) for the third quarter of fiscal 2011.
