Celebrated author Bob Frissell conducting Flower of Life Workshop 2010 Tour to support the 15th Anniversary of his spiritual classic

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 10, 2010 -- Bob Frissell, celebrated author and teacher, will be conducting Flower of Life workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area, Orange County, Australia, Hawaii, and New York City this year to support the 15th Anniversary of his spiritual classic book "Nothing In This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are."

Frissell's books are published by Random House and North Atlantic Books in seventeen languages and are available in more than thirty countries. Musicians have credited the ideas presented in Bob's books as a source of inspiration for their own creative work.

The Flower of Life workshops teach Sacred Geometry, the Mer*Ka*Ba, and Merkaba meditation as taught by Drunvalo Melchizedek. Bob is a qualified and authorized facilitator of Flower of Life Research. The first Flower of Life workshop will be in San Francisco Bay Area (Sonoma) from February 12-14, 2010. Workshop start times: Friday, 1PM-6PM, Sat/Sun, 10AM-6PM.
