Celebrity Stylist Team of Clark Russell Salon to Launch the “Giving Beautifully” Challenge for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties

Walnut Creek, CA.- Clark Russell Salon, the Celebrity Stylists of the Emmy nominated series “Split Ends on the Style Network, are coming together to bring awareness and gather food for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano County. The team plans to give great styles at a discount for those who donate food for the upcoming holiday season. With different price ranges of stylists to choose from it’s a perfect way to give to the community and get a great new style for the holidays.

Clark Russell Salon would like to encourage the members of the community to donate a bag of non perishable groceries to the food bank at their salon from November 3 through November 18. For the donation of a grocery bag full of non-perishable items, Clark Russell Salon will give the donating party 25% off of their service or hair care product purchase at the salon. Those who donate more two or more full bags will receive a special thank you gift in support of their selfless effort.

The food bank is looking for the following:

• Canned Meat, Fish & Soups
• Canned Ready to Eat Meals
• Canned Vegetables & Tomato Products
• Peanut Butter (plastic container)
• Iron Rich Cereal (45% or more of daily value)
• 100% Fruit Juice (48 oz. or less plastic bottles)
• Canned Fruit (in juice)
• Dry Beans (any type)
• Enriched Rice or Pasta
• Powdered Milk
