Training and experience in Batterers' Intervention is required in all states. This 40-Hour Training in accepted nationwide. The Anderson & Anderson Batterers' Intervention Model accepted everywhere.

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 1, 2011 -- The state of California has the most stringent requirements in the nation for providers on batterers' intervention. State law, 1203.098 and .098 list the mandated requirements for all providers of services to perpetrators of domestic violence. This training and curriculum has been offered in California since the first Domestic Violence law was enacted in California.

This training includes male and female socialization, child abuse,substance abuse, power and control, equality in male female relationships as well as Cross Cultural Domestic Violence Counseling. Law and ethics as well as group facilitation and course content is provided.

This training is now available in a Home Study Format.
