announced the acquisition of Star Chem-Dry and Chem-Dry of Utah, two well-established
franchises providing carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, and tile and grout
cleaning services located in Orem, serving the entire population of Utah County, Utah.

Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Going forward, Star Chem-Dry and Chem-
Dry of Utah will maintain their established brand names and local phone numbers and the
franchises will be owned, operated, and be managed by Certified Chem-Dry based in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
