In 2009, Chalie Boy stormed on the music scene with his top charting break out single, “I Look Good.” With a strong growing buzz, heavy mixtape presence, mammoth radio spins and countless performances, the single quickly landed him and his label a major deal with Battery/Jive Records.

For several months, Chalie Boy’s “I Look Good” video garnered heavy rotation on MTV and BET’s 106 & Park in addition to dominating airwaves while gaining over 6 million radio impressions. Recently, he appeared at BET’s Spring Bling 2010 and performed on the “My King, My Queen” Show which was hosted by Toccara.

While gearing up for the release of his upcoming studio album, which is due later this year, Charlie Boy is currently promoting his newly released single, “Look Like Money” (Smell Like Dollaz). The project features exclusives and remixes with Juvenile, Slim Thug, B-Hamp, Juelz Santana, Lloyd Banks, Bone and a host of others. When asked about the forthcoming collaboration, Chalie Boy states, “I’ve been in the game for 10 years and I’m finally getting the national attention that I’ve been looking for. I want all my new fans to know that there is more to me than I look good, so I hooked up with my homie DJ No-Good to help spread my music to parts of the country that haven’t heard me yet."
