Channel 22 Launching new National Sales Force

Los Angeles, CA, January 24, 2012: Leading Spanish Language television station, KWHY-TV Channel 22 is moving forward with its continuing development and long term strategy by engaging with Parham & Associates as its National Sales Representatives. Led by well-respected industry veteran James “Buff” Parham, Parham & Associates will be developing and leading the long term National Sales efforts on behalf of KWHY-TV Channel 22. Parham & Associates will have fully-staffed sales operations in New York City, Miami, Dallas and Chicago. Additionally, Maria Garcia has been elevated to National Sales Coordinator and will be based at KWHY-TV’s Downtown Los Angeles headquarters.

As noted by Channel 22 owner Alex Meruelo “Buff’s 35 years of experience is going to be vital in helping us develop and execute a long term strategy and provide us with exposure to a level of clients who are not familiar with the Channel 22 brand and its programming & opportunities. We are very excited about this next step in KWHY’s development” Parham & Associates will be providing KWHY-TV with the ability to revitalize and maximize the revenue potential of the station at the National Sales level.
