Chicago Realtor/Developer Joins Dream Town Realty

Mr. Candea is also a licensed general contractor and part-owner of a development firm. He provides buyer and seller services for all levels of real estate transactions in the Chicago area.

Before getting into real estate sales and buyer representation, Mr. Candea had a hand in home construction and residential development. He co-owns and operates his own development company, which specializes in small-scale condominium construction and luxury home building. In the last six years, Mr. Candea has completed two dozen condo projects, including gut rehabs of 4 to 6-unit buildings. His custom home ventures are generally high-end residences in the price range of $1 million to $3 million.

"The fact that I'm a general contractor allows me to help my real estate clients in a way the average agent cannot," said Mr. Candea.
