The 10-year-old actress stars in the upcoming film "Just a Kid," as a young girl seeking to ease the pain of her brother's breakup.
Actress Rory Ogden has officially chosen J Blair Brown Consulting as her PR agency of record. The 10-year-old actress hails from the Central PA region and has appeared in five major projects to date.
Most recently Miss Ogden starred the soon-to-be-released film Just a Kid, a film produced by Michael Scotti, Jr. and shot in New Jersey. Kid is the story about a young girl's relationship with her older brother. An avid filmmaker at just 10 years of age, Julie (portrayed by Rory Ogden) ventures to steal her camera back in the wake of her brother's breakup with his ex-girlfriend, in an effort to remind him of how close they once were.
In the film Letters, Rory plays the friend of a playmate whose mother suffers a miscarriage. The youngsters set on a series of incidences to help the mom cope with her tragic loss. In the short film The Patient, which was filmed exclusively in Harrisburg, PA, Rory is seen as a young mental patient who lives in an institution.
In addition to film, Rory has also been seen in two NBC series: Deception starring Meagan Goode and Do No Harm starring Steve Pasqule and Phylicia Rashad.
When she's not performing in front of the cameras, Rory enjoys playing the violin. She also sing with the Hershey Honors Chorus and plays field hockey.
