Every month thereafter, Kids to Kids, the flagship program of Spread the Word Nevada will continue to distribute books on a monthly basis.
“The Board of A Hand Up chose Spread the Word Nevada: Kids to Kids to support this year in recognition of their tireless commitment to children in Southern Nevada,” said Lindsey Slanker, Executive Director, of A Hand Up. “Kids to Kids efforts to promote literacy in the classroom, as well as in the home, are critical to giving children a foundation on which to grow. Their organization exemplifies our mission to help those children in our community who are in need of a hand up.”
