With time and after continued exposure to the elements the details on the PVC sheeting card will eventually start to fade but this can reduced by laminating the card inside a PVC overlay film. We have an inkjet-printable PVC sheeting variety which features single side and double side printing surfaces. The single-sided variety has its other side glued coated for purposes of lamination. These PVC sheets offer excellent clarity and color saturation, are fast drying and water-resistant, and are ideal for thermal insulation. Our inkjet PVC card cores are available in great shades such as white, gold, and light and dark silver. This variety also includes anti-ultraviolet card sheets which will last for five to ten years without fading even under strong sun. They also work wonderfully with Canon, Hewlett Packard and Epson among other dye-based or water-based pigment inkjet printers.

We also have an outstanding PVC overlay film collection that features the coated, uncoated and laser engraved varieties, and which sport excellent adhesion properties that guarantee maximum security for your laminated cards. Our overlays which range from 60 and 300µ in thickness will satisfy all your personalization requirements with regards to digital, laser or thermo transfer processes. You can trust our overlay film types to bond beautifully with both regular and UV inks, and this with high clarity and top-notch graphic visibility. Your cards will show the same color consistency before and after the lamination process.
