Clean and Green technology steals the spotlight as investors and inventors from around the globe meet to find joint venture partners

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) March 22, 2010 -- Beijing - Over 300 municipal, provincial, and federal government leaders and twice as many investors attended the CTC's 2010 Technology Symposium this last weekend which displayed new technology never seen before in the defense, communications, waste disposal, and green energy industries. This year's focus was on green energy and inventors from America, Canada, Australia, the U.K., Japan, Korea, China, and a dozen other countries presented their new technologies over two days at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The event was also attended by some 5,000+ of the CTC's 95,000 members who were seeking agency, licensing, and distributor rights for the new technologies on display. At least 5 pension and hedge fund managers were also spotted in the crowd.

The biggest attraction this year were new cutting-edge secondary oil recovery (A company from the U.S. called HSO) that can increase the flow rates of most any producing well by 25%-30% in less than 24 hours, and revive 90% of capped wells within 3 days. Other technologies included a powder resembling kitty litter that when dispersed even in the most polluted water, absorbs over 95% of the pollutants, a new technology that extracts fresh drinking water from landfill waste, and an innovative hydrogen on demand device, that makes it both feasible and economical to operate diesel tractors and trucks fueled only by tap water! The latter invention can transform existing diesel engines into green machines for about $800 and the only exhaust is steam! The inventor, with the help of the CTC plans to open a manufacturing plant Tianjin.

Yet other inventions for the defense and communications industries were presented in closed-door seminars restricted to government officials and military advisers. Inventions seen were a new plasma battery that provides a continuous and stable flow of energy for 5-7 years without a single recharge. The prototype battery is the size of a shoebox and can power a large luxury car while one the size of desk could power the largest submarine, or a hotel complex. The inventor boasts that he could power a tank that could traverse all of Asia and Europe for five years -without ever refueling. Since the power would come from an electric engine, the journey would be a silent one as well. Reportedly, America already uses these new batteries in their spy and communications satellites.

CTC Public Affairs director Lloyd Southworth was thrilled with standing room only crowd who paid $1,500 USD to attend the two day affair. "The technology displayed here this weekend, can solve most of China's pollution problems in less than a decade" he remarked when interviewed by CCTV News.

The CTC's Executive Director Anthony S. DeMarco was beaming with pride that the CTC was playing a key introductory role helping to match inventors with investors, many of whom are Chinese entrepreneurs flush with cash recently earned from Beijing's real estate market bonanza. "We're counting on private investors to fund the c
