Xinhua/Wu Wei--The outdoor artistic installation "Heavenly Lanterns--Tea House" designed by Chinese artist Gu Wenda is seen in central Brussels, capital of Belgium, Oct. 15, 2009. This eyecatching decoration made up of over 5,000 lanterns, covering a local building in the shape of a pavilion, is created by Gu Wenda to celebrate the ongoing Europalia China Art Festival in Brussels.
