Chocolate Lovers Invited to Tour Heritage Village at Seabreeze on Feb. 11 & 12 and 18 & 19

Forked River, New Jersey, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 8, 2012 -- The public is invited to attend a Chocolate Lovers open house at Heritage Village at Seabreeze on Feb. 11 & 12 and 18 & 19; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Developed by Community Investment Strategies (CIS), Inc., Heritage Village at Seabreeze is a 55+ active adult community providing a new option in affordable rental housing in the area. Heritage Village at Seabreeze is participating in the Chocolate Lovers Weekend in conjunction with the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce. Heritage Village offers monthly rentals of $858 for a 700-square-foot one-bedroom apartment. The community also offers two-bedroom units with 1,000 square feet of space for $1,024 monthly. Amenities for residents include an on-site fitness center, library and laundry facilities, health and wellness center, computer center and community room with fireplace, for unlimited tenant use.
