For starters, surprise the kids and mark these dates for a special appearance by Santa Claus himself, on December 22, 24 and 25, from 10am onwards at the Front Desk Lobby. The Culinary Team of Discovery Shores, with corporate chef David Pardo de Ayala at its helm, prepared a sleigh full of culinary delights, with daily themed Gustatory Gifts Dinner Buffet from December 2 to 23 at Php999++ / Php1,250++. A bounty of culinary feasts will whet the holiday appetite in preparation for the Yuletide season’s “fiesta de resistance” from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Eve.

On Christmas Day, a Eucharistic Celebration will be held at 11am in the Lounge, followed by a whole day of surprises. From Christmas Eve onwards, more gustatory gifts await. There’s the Filipino Noche Buena (December 24, 7pm) at Php1,250++; ‘Christmas Joys’ Christmas Day Buffet (December 25) at Php1,250++; and ¡Esta Delicioso! (December 26, 7pm) at Php1,250++. One can also enjoy French Asian Fusion (December 27, 7pm) at Php1,250++; Bollyfood (December 28, 7pm) at Php1,250++; Chino-Italiano (December 29, 7pm) at Php1,250++; and Fiesta Filipino (December 30, 7pm) at Php1,250++. To add sizzle to the sparkling evenings, Smooth Band serenades guests with their live acoustic classics and hits on December 29 and 30.

Listed in The Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurants, Indigo Restaurant presents An Indigo Christmas from December 20 - January 7, at 7pm. Indulge in set menus that reflect a vibrant mix of the land’s harvest and the ocean’s bounty with a Christmas twist! Menus are at Php1,850+ per person, Php2,500+ per person inclusive of suggested wines, and Php2,850+ inclusive of premium wines. The perfect spot to enjoy festive libations, The Sand Bar is serving a towering drink of the month called “The Tower.” It’s a 3.5-liter beverage best enjoyed with family and friends, with your choice of either 7th High (a combination of 7 liquors with orange juice and Sprite) at Php1,650++ or High 5 (a combination of 5 liquors with lemonade and Sprite) at Php1,100++.
