UGrowU aims to let the students explore their true potential. They will be able to add a personal touch to their resume introduction by recording it in a video and uploading it. Students will have to create an account, which is free. They will have to submit an original video that addresses the question, “What Does Your Dream Career Include” along with their strengths, weakness, aspirations, and accomplishments.

A video resume acts more personalization and adds more spice to a student’s profile. It can help the students to separate from their peers.
