Cincinnati Based Smith & Schaefer Executive to Speak at Leadership Roundtable

Smith & Schaefer’s treasurer Gary Wagner and one other panelist will address challenges that are unique to employee-owned organizations.

The panel will include business leaders and executives speaking on health care reform and employee involvement in managing healthcare costs. Wagner will highlight Smith & Schaefer’s employee involvement to help preserve jobs and achieve key business strategies with a special focus on their health insurance committee’s role in the process.
