CIRRO ENERGY CALLS NORTH TEXAS TO ACTION BY HELPING KICK OFF COMMUNITY PARTNERS OF DALLAS TOY DRIVE

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 6, 2011 -- PLANO, Texas – Dec. 6, 2011 – Cirro Energy , a subsidiary of Dominion Resources, is calling North Texans to action by helping Community Partners of Dallas kick off its annual toy drive with a $4,000 donation. The campaign, which runs through Dec. 10, will fulfill gift wishes for abused and neglected children in Child Protective Services’ care. The community can log onto www.cpdtx.org to grant a wish.

“The toy drive is an opportunity for everyone to help fulfill gift requests from children who desperately need holiday cheer,” said Mike Rose, managing director of Cirro Energy. “We are encouraging everyone to join this important cause. Working together, Community Partners of Dallas and Cirro Energy have created a way to make dreams come true for more than 5,300 children in CPS’ care.”

Dropping off a toy has been the traditional way for many to contribute, but this year Cirro Energy and Community Partners of Dallas have made it even easier to give. The fastest way to help is to donate online at www.cpdtx.org; the money will be used for the toy drive.

For those who want to give a toy instead of donating online, the most popular wishes include African American dolls, Buzz Lightyear Action Figures, Vtech Learning Toys, Barbies, sports balls (soccer, football, etc.), bikes, wrestling action figures, bath and body gift sets, MP3 players, Dora Dolls, LEGO Sets and Tonka Trucks. All gifts should be new and unwrapped. Toys must be delivered to the Community Partners of Dallas Toy Drive Workshop at the Peacock Alley Warehouse located at 2050 Postal Way, Dallas, Texas 75212 no later than 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 10.
