CIS Appoints Chris Boneham to Expand Commercial Contracting Expertise

Media, Pennsylvania, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 23, 2012 -- RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 23, 2012 – Compliance Implementation Services (CIS), a leading life sciences consulting firm, today announced the addition of Chris Boneham, Senior Director, Commercial Contracting and Consulting, who will oversee its Commercial Contracting Practice Group and Commercial Contracting solutions.

In his role, Mr. Boneham will manage CIS’ strategic contracting services including Contract and Membership Administration, Chargeback Processing and Reconciliation, Managed Care Organization (MCO) and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Rebate Validations, Rebate Calculation and Payment Processing, Contract and Rebate Analytical and Management Reporting.

Mr. Boneham comes to CIS with over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, many of which in the managed market area. He has been personally responsible for building and growing managed care teams and developing corporate contract policies and strategies to maximize formulary coverage. The positions he has held over the years have been Director Regional Accounts, Director National Accounts, Director of Government Accounts, Director Managed Care, and most recently Director of Trade and Distribution. He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP).

CIS is sponsoring a summit for bio/pharmaceutical and managed care organizational leaders on June 19-20 in Philadelphia, Pa. Mr. Boneham will be co-presenting a session on mitigating risk through MCO/PBM vendor audits.
