CiVentiChem completes major IMS audit of manufacturing business and facilities in India to achieve ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 standard qualifications

Following a major one-week long audit of facilities in Hyderabad, India, CiVentiChem today
announces that their ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 Internal Management Systems
(IMS) has gained formal approval by AQA International (World Headquarters in Columbia,
SC, USA).

The work and improvements that the Company has embarked upon to achieve the award
demonstrates that CiVentiChem can meet their Clients quality, health, safety and

environmental management performance standards, and offers confidence to continue to
raise the bar for excellence and exceptional service.

The ISO 9000 family of standards represents an international consensus on good
management practices with the aim of ensuring that an organization can continually deliver
the products and services that meet customers' quality requirements.

ISO 14000 is a management tool enabling an organization of to identify and control the
environmental impact of its activities, products or services, and to improve its
environmental performance continually, implementing systematic approaches to

environmental objectives and targets, to achieve these goals and to demonstrate that they
