WCM made the decision to bring Clayton Gilman on board as Vice President of Business Development to provide better central US market presence and industry coverage, from the Tulsa Oklahoma office location, and in further development of WCM Strategy in North America. Clayton brings both virtual and in the field coaching, consulting and advisory experience with dozens of major projects and hundreds of engagements in all areas of operations and administration for SMB/SME clients. His 25 years of experience includes 3 boutique consulting and financial services firms and most recently he managed projects in turnaround, expansion and resource development resulting in new multi-million dollar a year contracts or simply sustaining company viability and profitability in tough economic times. Clayton has served previously in General Manager, Director, Vice President and Board Advisor roles bringing key insights and practical solutions to start up, mid business cycle and mature small and medium sized entities across a broad variety of industries. He has managed Venture Capital Programs for a handful of small companies resulting in his largest funding of 20.3MM USD in transportation. This type of program is for busy executives who are engaged with day to day operations and administration and who have no time for managing short term intensive funding projects or programs.
