Clayton Walters – Brilliant Student and Sportsperson

Starkville, Mississippi, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 27, 2012 -- Clayton Walters is a bright student and has won various honors and accolades in his academic career. He received the Richard C. Adkerson School of Accountancy Academic Achievement Award 2009-2010. He was on the President’s List for four semesters and the Dean’s List for three semesters. He is a skilled athlete and was on Bulldog Honor Roll for three semesters. In addition to this, he was also a part of the Southeastern Conference Freshman Honor Roll 2006-2007.

Clayton Walters was included in Global Leadership Program. This program aims to prepare students from around the globe to be more effective in their personal, academic, professional, and global endeavors. He was one of the 40 students who were selected to travel to South Korea and Japan. It was an excellent learning experience for him and his fellow students as they got to visit corporations, universities and cultural sites and they learned about unique cultures of these places.

An active sportsperson, Clayton Walters has taken part in Men’s Track and Field events and Men’s Cross Country races. He has also played soccer in his high school. He has volunteered with Starkville High School Cross Country, Track and Field from 2006-2008 and with Starkville Recycling from 2006-2007. He is a responsible person of the society and has been a part of Habitat for Humanity in 2011 and he also participated in Meals on Wheels Summers 2006-2008. Clayton Walters is also part of various honorary organizations such as National Society Collegiate Scholars, Beta Gamma Sigma, Beta Alpha Psi and Order of Omega.

About Clayton Walters

Clayton Walters completed his Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Mississippi State University. He studied General Business, Accounting, Marketing and Business Law Emphases. He is a dedicated student and received top ranking in his studies and earned high GPA throughout his studies at the University. Presently, he is pursuing his Masters of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama.
