(Free-Press-Release.com) February 14, 2012 -- For most recruitment companies January is a quiet month but here at Clever Recruit it’s been a fantastically busy start to 2012. We have increased our sales by 45% like for like on December’s figures. In January alone we have welcomed 17 new clients who are now using our Flat Fee Recruitment services, many of which have been referred to us through our existing clients.

We find ourselves recruiting for even more diverse job vacancies from a Sales and Marketing Director in Saudi Arabia to a Butcher in Hull! This goes to show just how versatile and effective the Clever Recruit service’s are.

A national menswear retailer this month signed up for a 12 month subscription for our Flat Fee Recruitment services and when asked what was the deciding factor in choosing us over our competitors, their answer was the SERVICE we provide. They went on to say that the cost they saved on their recruitment budget using Clever Recruit was fantastic, however never before have they had a recruiter spending a Saturday afternoon in one of their stores immersing themselves in the brand, helping customer and getting know their business.

January also saw Julie join our team as Senior Copywriter. She has more than 15 years experience in journalism and professional copying writing experience.

Our new in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is proving a huge success with our established clients who love the fact they can login from anywhere and manage their entire recruitment campaign at the CLICK of a button.
