The UK Director needed a Store Manager for his flagship store on London’s Oxford Street. He went onto to say that in the past he had paid an ‘agency’ 20% per hire but had heard that my service is not only effective but it meant that he could hire unlimited staff for just £599. After initial introductions he asked me could I find him a Store Manager for his multi-million pound turnover store in London. My reply was YES!

After a detailed chat and discussion about his needs we set about advertising his vacancy on Total Jobs, Retail Choice, Retail Week, Jobsite, Reed, CV Library, Monster and a further 25 smaller sites. This vacancy was an immediate requirement and we had to work as quickly as possible to find them the right candidates. After sending across over 40 suitable candidates the client shortlisted and interviewed 6 of them – on day 6 of advertising we had found him the perfect candidate who following a final stage interview in their store was offered and they accepted!
