The goal of this new site is to offer a resource for those looking to either buy or sell a home within the Antelope Valley. Aside from offering exclusive property listings, the site also features an extensive look at all the communities that make up the Antelope Valley and many tips and strategies to help during every stage of the buying and selling process.

Educating the home owner

It has always been a cornerstone of CLM Homes to not only work with their customers, but to educate them and get them more involved in the buying and selling process. "Getting the customer involved and educating them is not only rewarding for me, but it makes the transaction go more smoothly and my customers are far more satisfied in the end" says Tony Woods, CEO of CLM Homes. The site developers

CLM Homes decided to go in-house and hire a professional web development team instead of outsourcing. "We decided to go in-house because I did not want my message to get muddled by trying to communicate to someone who isn't actually a part of our team" Say's Tony Woods. The team is lead by Christopher Perry who has an extensive background in marketing and Christopher Ronk who adds his web design and development skills.
