Cloud Slam Event the organizer of Cloud Slam '10, scheduled for April 19-23, 2010 opens invitation for proposals.

The second annual global Cloud Computing conference is organized by industry leaders and will feature keynote speakers such as:

Kristof Kloeckner, CTO, Enterprise Initiatives and Vice President Cloud Computing Platforms, IBM, Inc,

Parker Harris, Executive Vice President, Technology, salesforce.com, Inc.

Simon Crosby, CTO, Virtualization and Management, Citrix Systems, Inc.

Hal Stern, SVP Global Systems Engineering, Sun.

Chris Kemp, CIO, NASA Ames.

"We are extremely honored that we were not only able to resign last year's keynote speakers, but also attract new presenters. This year's theme, 'out of hype and into reality', is intended to encourage an open discussion about where we are in the cycle" said Igor Edelman, Chairman, Cloud Slam Event --producer of Cloud Slam '10.

In addition to keynotes, the conference will feature presentations covering a wide variety of topics in and about Cloud Computing.

Call For Papers

The Cloud Slam Event team invites you to submit your proposals to our selection committee for consideration. The overall theme of this year's event is "Out of hype and into reality".

To submit your proposal(s) please follow the following steps:

New submission process:

1) Register as normal user: http://www.cloudslamevent.com/user/register

Once you initially enter your registration information and submit it, please wait a few moments to get a Welcome E-mail. Depending on how many people are registering at the same time, it might take a little until that e-mail arrives. The Welcome E-mail will have instructions on how to complete the basic user registration. Once this is done please proceed with step 2 outlined below.

2) Drop us a note at info@cloudslamevent.com that you registered.

3) We will associate your user id with a presenter profile and send you a note back.

4) Review Submission and Selection guidelines.
