Tony Hickson the actor/filmaker who also turns his hand to stand up and poetry has uploaded some of his best known works onto you tube ahead of his forthcoming london gigs.I had the pleasure of seeing him tonight at the poetry cafe London and he was on fine form as usual in an interview with me he told me of his new projects 8 short films he has just finished that will be entered into the Soho Shorts film festival ,as well as a feature film he was the assosiate producer of called The last zombi hunter as well as an acting rolethe details of which can be found on the imdb and has a script for a feature film shooting this summer .I am told this has been entered into the London sci fi festival as well as the Abertoir horror film festival and possibly the Glastonbury film festival.The current project is a documentry photography and film project with some spoken word thrown in for good measure based around a council estate in Hackney that is about to be knocked down to make way for a new development .Tony will be performing at the Cringe evening tue 23rd March 2010 at the George pub 213 the Strand London UK.
