For over a decade Clyde Anderson has been working with state and local affordable housing programs to assist hundreds of buyers obtain home loans. After years of success, Clyde decided to penetrate a more up and coming Clyde Anderson has been dealing in the housing and finance sector. Starting with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in Orlando Florida, Clyde focused on FHA loan programs paired builder services market in Atlanta, Georgia to provide affordable housing solutions to borrowers purchasing in many of the subdivisions around Metro Atlanta. Over the years, Clyde has been instrumental to several key housing initiatives throughout the city of Atlanta. He managed Mayor Shirley Franklinʼs Workforce Housing Initiative with the Atlanta Development Authority to leverage over 50 million dollars in bonds with 4 million in assistance dollars to create and fund new housing opportunities for the City of Atlanta. Clyde has also created and facilitated several Continuing Education classes for organizations including Barney Fletcher, Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Atlanta Board of Realtors, Empire Board of Realtists, ReMax, Metro Brokers, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Atlanta Public Schools, DeKalb Board of Realtors, Fulton County and the City of Atlanta.

Clydeʼs passion for education continues with his latest appointment as a Expanding Housing Opportunities Instructor with the National Association of Realtors. Clyde is currently featured every Saturday on “Home School”, a personal finance segment during CNN Weekend Newsroom, and has served as a CNN contributing expert since 2006. Clyde also serves as a nationally acclaimed speaker, commentator, consultant, author, and trainer covering topics from the state of the housing market to maximizing a budget in a changing economy. Giving back to his community is the cornerstone of Clydeʼs success. In addition to his financial endeavors, Clyde is an active board member of Atlanta Falconʼs Chauncey Davisʼ non-profit organization, The Chauncey Davis Early Bird Foundation, where he serves on the finance committee. Clyde also sits on the host committee for Grammy award winning artist, Big Boiʼs, Big Kidz Foundation.
