Sworn state, county and city law enforcement officers and all federal law enforcement officers qualify. Licensed State of Texas Security Company Officers, Fire Fighters and EMTs, as well as Court Judges and District Attorneys also qualify. All Active Military Personnel (all branches) may also purchase through program.
