Daniel Levy immigrated to the United States knowing no English and with very little capital. With high aspirations for entrepreneurial success, he started ManhattanHomeDesign.com, an online company that sells modern-design furniture.

After joining with Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Business program, Levy found himself learning about running a small business from men like Warren Buffett and Goldman Sach’s CEO Lloyd Blankfein.

Always an entrepreneur by heart, Levy started raising tropical fish in his bedroom and selling them when he was seven years old. He now has watched ManhattanHomeDesign.com grow from when he first bought 10 tables from China and sold them on Ebay, into a fast growing business providing furniture to the United States government. With sales at over $500,000 for last year the future is bright.
