Coast & Country Cottages Move into Stunning New Waterside Offices in Salcombe

Following their ninth successive record year and an ever-expanding team, this forward looking agency is planning for exciting times ahead. With key new positions recently added to the team of 22 and plans for further recruitment in place, the team based in the stylish new development at Hannaford’s Landing in Salcombe needed new space in order to continue to offer the high level of service for which Coast & Country Cottages has gained a local and national reputation. Andrew Jones, Partner, explains ‘Three years ago we moved into our original offices in Hannaford’s Landing but in this short time the growth of the business and the expansion of the team has seen us fill the entire space! When the larger waterside premises next door became available at the end of 2009, we were delighted to have the opportunity of taking both spaces and knocking through to create a huge open plan contemporary office space which can accommodate a team of around 32.’

Designed and installed by Chadwick Design Solutions, the glass and steel offices look out over the Salcombe estuary, with the hills of Salcombe and the yachts in the Boat Park beyond! The new office space accommodates the Sales & Marketing teams and the Management team with a new area also now created for the Property Services and Administrative teams. A new meeting room, visitors’ reception, new post room and staff facilities are all now available. The offices are within the Hannaford’s Landing development on historic Island Street in Salcombe, developed three years ago to revive this historic boatbuilding area in the sailing town. Coast & Country Cottages also have a Dartmouth team based in the centre of the picturesque South Devon town.
