Cone crusher, which is of small discharge opening, so that it requires more strict particle layout size. It is widely used in metal and nonmetal mining, cement, sand and metallurgical industries, applied in the crushing of various minerals and rocks, such as iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles and so on.

Impact Crusher has a simple structure. It is of large crushing ratio, low energy consumption, high output and light weight. The finished product was broken into cubic shape. It is used in a variety of industries, like ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and so on.

Hammer crusher. This crusher is of high capacity and crushing ratio. The particle size with it is uniform. It is the major equipment used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals and industry for the crushing of limestone, coal or other medium hardness brittle materials.

In general, there are five methods for stone crushing. First, squeezing. Using squeezing pressure of the two crushing plates to break materials. Second, splitting. It breaks materials into pieces with the force when the sharp teeth being split into the material. With the centralized power, partial fragmentation can be occurred. Third, broken off. Material break itself between the crush plates as if a beam loading concentrated power. Fourth, two plates do the relative motion at materials, so that shear stress is applied. Fifth, the use of impact force. The instantaneous force act on the ore. For example, impact crusher is mainly uses the impact crushing force.
