Colorado Companies to Watch is pleased to announce ShipCompliant, as This Week’s Colorado Company to Watch. ShipCompliant is a Colorado-based company providing innovative software that helps wineries ship their products nationwide. Founded in 2000, ShipCompliant entered the market addressing the changing needs of the wine industry.

From the technology hotbed of Boulder, CO, innovated technology leader, Jason Eckenroth, launched an automated software platform that gave wineries a way to legally ship wine to their customers across state lines nationwide while complying with thousands of different state laws governing the practice Prior to ShipCompliant’s launch, many wineries simply were not able to efficiently manage the thousands of direct shipping regulations that govern intra-state wine shipping.

In 2009, ShipCompliant launched a similar automated tool for a 3-tier, or wholesale, distribution that has allowed producers to get their products to market 90% faster than ever before.
