Colorado Life Magazine Seeking Colorado Poets

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Estes Park, CO., February 21, 2012 – Colorado Life is a new statewide magazine celebrating the best stories, art and attractions of the Centennial State. Each issue will have a section of the magazine devoted solely to the poets and poetry of Colorado. Colorado Life is looking for talented poets and welcomes them to submit their best work for publication. “We want to highlight the most talented poets in the state and print their work on a regular basis,” stated Chris Amundson, founder of Colorado Life. “The work needs to be about Colorado, not other parts of the world, and preferably submitted by artists living in the state.” Colorado Life will appeal to a wide variety of readers and will be presented in a highly-readable, inquisitive and positive way. The poetry section will tap into the wealth of great poets from diverse backgrounds in all the different locations of the state, the popular and the unknown. Starting today, we welcome you to join Colorado Life by submitting poems which evoke the feeling and experience of living in or traveling in Colorado.
