Colorado Rockies provide Creative Catering to its Fantasy Baseball Camp

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 17, 2011 -- This January 25th and 27th Tucson Caterer and Event Planner Creative Catering Corporation has been hired to provide Lunch and Dinner catering services to the 14th Annual Colorado Rockies Fantasy Baseball Camp.

“We are excited to once again be a part of this year’s event.  We have had the opportunity to assist this organization for a number of years and have always had a great time being a part of the Rockies Fantasy Camp.  We are saddened that this year will be the last time the Fantasy Baseball Camp will be held here in Tucson as the team is moving their Spring Training to Scottsdale,” says Creative Catering owner MJ Essenmacher.

The Fantasy Camp provides clinics and practices at the Rockies' former Spring Training facility that prepare attendees for five days of Major League excitement as the fantasy teams compete for the championship title. Attendees have the opportunity to work with Former Rockies’ Greats as well exchange and compare coaching strategies with the Fantasy Camp coaching staff.  Anyone 21 years or older is eligible to attend the camp.

For lunch the Fantasy Baseball Members will be getting a taste of the “Wild West” with a menu consisting of Potato Salad, a Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast, Country Pork Ribs, Ranch Beans, Corn on The Cob served with Fiesta Cornbread and Apple Crisp. The dinner menu will whisk the members away to “Italy” with an amazing Antipasto selection, Lasagna, Garlic Bread and a selection of decadent cakes.  One of the lighter dinners will be a bountiful salad bar served with a variety of French Bread Pizzas and a selection of gourmet brownies; one of many unique presentation stations the Tucson Caterer specializes in.
