Have you ever had your windshield broken, chipped or cracked from a dump truck?

My story of one such incident begins on April 1st 2010 when my 3 year old son and I headed out to buy him a new pair of sneakers at White Marsh Mall.

On our way home from the mall we headed back home up I-95 north around the White Marsh, MD exit of I-95 at roughly noon, this is where a rock from one of Comer Construction's dump trucks came off the back of the bed of the truck and struck the passenger side of our auto causing a 18-24 inch crack in our windshield along with a dime size chip.
