The 2012 Honda CR-V will keep its 2.4-liter engine with an increased torque of 170 lb-ft. The 2012 CR-V also keeps its five-speed transmission and produces higher fuel efficiency. With the CR-V 2WD, 23 mpg city and 31 mpg highway is said to be achieved. With the 4WD, the CR-V is estimated to achieve 22 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.
