Comm-Works Announces Completion of Recapitalization Transaction

Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) April 19, 2011 -- MINNEAPOLIS, MN – April 19, 2011 - Comm-Works Investment Holding Company (Comm-Works), formerly Comm-Works Holdings, LLC, successfully completed a recapitalization transaction on March 22, 2011.

Al Lampe, Comm-Works’ CEO, stated, “This transaction significantly strengthens our balance sheet and our liquidity going forward and is a significant milestone in our journey to be a premier service provider for outsourced technology deployment and network infrastructure services.”

The Company’s primary debt and equity stakeholders will remain the same, but its interest bearing debt has been reduced by more than 50 percent as a result of the transaction, and its new revolving line of credit will provide ample liquidity for working capital needs.

Lampe went on to say, “Our business has experienced year over year growth in three consecutive quarters now and our operating model is more flexible to meet the challenges of the dynamic marketplace in which we operate.”
