Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Asset Tracking (www.GAORFIDAssetTracking.com) has recently released this UHF RIFD interrogator CF card operating at a standard frequency of 868MHz for European use or 915MHz for North America. This CF card uses an anti-collision algorithm to accurately transmit and receive information to and from numerous RFID tags within a read range of up to 300 feet. It is a long-distance interrogator with remarkable performance in identification, track and trace, and locating assets or people.

This compact flash RFID CF card, model 227002, is configured with built-in software which enables processing of data, firmware updates, and tag communications. It also provides for seamless data acquisition when used in a laptop, handheld or mobile computer. The advanced card offers reliable identification of fast-moving objects with an identification rate of 100tags/s and is able to identify 2,000 tags simultaneously. It downloads or uploads data at a typically fast rate of 115.2kbs. In addition, this card runs under Windows CE/9x/NT/2000/XP and Linux operation systems.
