Composer Robert A. Wolf's new film goes to Cannes

Musical artist and composer Robert A. Wolf has teamed up with filmmaker James Arnett and A.I.A. Productions for another feature length film. You may have heard Robert's work and not realized it. Robert who released his 3rd CD in 2009 entitled Krakatoa has had airplay on The Weather Channel's Local on the 8's segment. Robert also does film scores, and his latest work is a new feature length film called Blocked. Filmed on location in Arizona this 21st century film noir is about a on-line stalker that becomes all too real for the subjects, or I should say the victims in his path. Robert has done work for Tucson's A.I.A.Productions in the past, the last film he worked with Arnett on was 2008's Mary Shelley's The Last Man.
Arnett and Wolf have a long distance business relationship, Robert writes and records all this from his Southern Indiana ranch Wolfymusic Studios.
According to James Arnett writer/director, this new movie Blocked is going to be personally delivered to France's Cannes film market in May 2011.

Arnett who has featured local Arizona talent like famed scream queen film actress Tiffany Shepis, also in the cast Mario Guzman, Lou Pimber, and Kimber Leigh. Arnett says this is his best work to date and praises Wolf's film score as a big part of the film's success. Director Arnett and producer Gerren Ard both commend Robert on his musical genius and say that it really put the breath of life into this film begining to end. They also commented on how Robert's music pushed the bar way beyond anything in the indie film scene. The film's released date is not set, however a special screening will be set up in Phoenix AZ sometime in May.
