Comtech Global to handle Microsoft services in Oman

Comtech Global, the business division of ITON, will handle all services including Microsoft licence leasing, deploying and customisation for various products, including Active Directory, Exchange, Forefront, Sharepoint, Office 2010 as well as Dynamics CRM and ERP.

On the commercial front, ITON will be built around providing both cloud and on-premise services to the customers reducing capital expenditure associated with hardware, licensing and support.

Speaking about the launch of Comtech Global, Shiva Prasad, Founder and Chief Executive of ITON said, "We were able to sucessfully launch a 30-day risk-free pilot programme for SharePoint and signed up a few customers prior to the event".

"The Comtech Global team has experts on Microsoft Technologies and have been providing onsite services under the ITON flag for Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange Migrations and Sharepoint Enterprise Deployments and Customizations", he added.
